Job Title: Assistant Sales Manager

Support the Sales Manager in driving sales growth, achieving targets, and improving sales efficiency through strategic planning, customer management, and daily sales operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sales strategy development and target planning
Manage key customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle cold calling and oversee daily sales operations
Ensure timely processing of sales orders and documentation
Prepare sales reports and analyze performance data
Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business/Marketing (Master’s preferred)
3+ years of sales experience with proven target achievement
Experience in cold calling
Strong communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
