Quality Manager

Position: Quality Manager – Sofa Division

Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
Team: Quality Engineers & Supervisors

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function for sofa manufacturing division. The role involves ensuring high standards of quality and craftsmanship across all production stages — from raw material selection to final inspection and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality systems and procedures across manufacturing.
• Lead quality audits, inspections, and root cause analysis for defects.
• Collaborate with design, production, and procurement teams for quality assurance.
• Monitor quality metrics, drive continual improvement, and manage corrective actions.
• Train and guide quality teams to ensure consistent adherence to standards.
• Ensure IMS and ISO compliance (ISO 9001 / 14001 / 45001 / 50001).
• Promote safety culture and maintain plant-level quality documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 10–15 years’ experience in furniture or sofa manufacturing quality control.
• Strong knowledge of ISO, Six Sigma, Lean tools, and quality management systems.
• Proficient in MS Office & SAP.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
