Assistant Management Representative – API Q1 Quality Management

Location: Khopoli, Mumbai
Experience: 5–7 Years

We are an API-certified engineering and manufacturing organization specializing in Oil & Gas equipment, artificial lift systems, and well completion tools. With a strong focus on quality excellence, compliance, and innovation, we are expanding our team and looking for a skilled Assistant Management Representative (AMR) to lead and maintain API Q1 quality standards across our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Implement & maintain API Q1, ISO 9001 standards.
• Lead audits, CAPA, risk management & supplier quality.
• Coordinate internal/external audits & customer inspections.
• Train teams on quality, compliance & documentation.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Management Systems.
• Proven experience in API Q1 implementation & compliance (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of API/ISO quality standards, QMS, CAPA, FMEA, Risk Management.
• Experience in conducting audits, supplier quality assessments, and training delivery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and quality-related software tools.
• Certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor / API Q1 will be an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹52,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
