Job Description

Implement and monitor NABH standards across all departments.
Develop, update, and ensure adherence to hospital policies, SOPs, and protocols.
Conduct internal audits, gap analysis, and mock drills for accreditation readiness.
Drive incident reporting, root cause analysis, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Conduct CME, workshops, and training sessions on quality, patient safety, and infection control.
Track and analyze quality indicators, infection rates, and departmental performance metrics.
Maintain quality manuals, audit records, and MIS reports for management review.
Ensure statutory adherence (Biomedical Waste, AERB, PNDT, Fire Safety, etc.).
Collaborate with medical, nursing, and support services for continuous process improvement.
Act as the nodal officer during NABH inspections, assessments, and renewals.
