Quality Manager

As a Quality Manager, your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with applicable standards such as ISO, IATF, and customer-specific requirements. Ensure the effective deployment of quality policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across all departments. Lead the gap analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance the system. - Plan, organize, and lead internal audits according to the audit calendar. Coordinate external audits including certification body, customer audits, and surveillance audits. Ensure timely closure of audit findings through Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA). - Maintain and control all QMS documents, manuals, procedures, and records. Review and approve updates to SOPs, work instructions, and quality documentation. Ensure version control and compliance with documentation standards. - Monitor key quality Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Implement root cause analysis (RCA) and utilize problem-solving tools like 5 Why, Fishbone, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA). Collaborate with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to enhance processes. - Conduct QMS awareness sessions and provide training for employees. Foster a quality culture within the organization through regular communication and workshops. - Support supplier qualification, audits, and evaluation processes. Address customer complaints and ensure effective resolution through CAPA. Cultivate strong customer relationships regarding quality matters. - Prepare data and reports for Management Review Meetings (MRM). Track performance metrics, identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement. The job type for this position is full-time, and the work location is in person.,
