As a Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineer with a Diploma or Degree qualification, you will be responsible for various aspects related to new model parts PFMEA, identifying weak areas at vendors, guiding them for solutions through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) such as Why Why or 8D, supporting vendors in process and system improvement, setting up Capable Process (SPC) for critical parameters, implementing processes with required automation, Auto Inspection, Poka Yoke, checking parts through First Principle using GD&T, conducting discussion & review meetings with vendor top management, and handling Quality Management System standards like ISO and IATF. Your competencies will include basic knowledge and hands-on experience of Proprietary, Safety, Seats, & Regulatory parts, experience in part development and awareness of development systems like APQP, PPAP, Peak Volume Trials, identifying gaps in Fixtures, Gauges, and Dies, knowledge of QMS systems such as ISO and IATF, along with additional skills like analytical and data compilation ability, good presentation and communication skills, participation in theme-based Quality improvement activities, and the ability to work effectively in a team.,

Role & responsibilities Automotive Lighting experience mandatory 1. Coordinating the RFQ CFT Team (regular/daily meetings) which consists of experienced and competent experts from Tool room, Process Engineering, Mechanical Design, Vendor Development, Quality Engineering, Logistics, Business Development, Costing. 2. Provide complete information to concerned departments. 3. Intervene between Departments for Information sharing. 4. Ensuring that complete customer satisfaction (SOR) including reference documents are assessed. 5. Incorporate all technical inputs into the RFQ reply ensuring SOR is replied point by point. 6. Create a detailed RFQ presentation for Class A RFQ based on requested inputs from experts departments. 7. Perform customer telecons and/or Customer Meetings to clarify any doubt and further align upcoming details and attach MOM to . RFQ reply. 1. Coordination of CFT Team by aligning the expert tasks with the overall project targets to meet the SOP and other point of interests by using a List of Open Points (LOP). 2. Create the detailed Microsoft Project Time plan (MSP) including internal, outsourced agencies and customer milestones. 3. Finalize Project Phases by performing Quality Gate Reviews. 4. Perform weekly project status review meetings with the CFT. 5. Perform weekly project status telecons with the customer. 6. Perform meetings at the customer (minimum 1 meeting per project phase) to present the collective project status 7. Continuously update the Project Risk Assessment, Cost of Production (COP), Project Budget, PSP and MSP 8. Ensure DCR/ECR process 9. Role & responsibilities Knowledge in injection moulding machine breakdown attending Troubleshooting knowledge in key bitting machine is added advantage Troubleshooting knowledge in SPM machines Responsible for Utility units-Transformer, Capacitor Bank, Generator set, compressor overall system servicing on time. Down time recording & doing trend Analysis for MTBF, MTTR. Knowledge in IATF,EHS, OHSAS and other Customer Audits Driving continuous improvement of the machines by providing safety interlocks and poka-yoke on machines. PM scheduling & effective execution, MIS preparation for the same Preparing daily MIS and quantifiers to keep a track of MTTR, MTBF, and total downtime. To drive Low Cost Automation Projects. 5S Standard Implementation. System Implementation i.e. Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, 5S etc . To reduce the Repair & Maintenance cost, and tracking the cost as per the maintenance budget. Responsible for energy cost Preferred candidate profile Should have minimum 10+ Years Experience Candidate from Automotive Manufacturing Industry would be Preferred Candidate should have B.E Electrical background Candidate should have rich experience on PED and Maintenance Should have experience on Troubleshooting and Injection Moulding
