Job Summary:

We are hiring a Production Supervisor with proven expertise in control panel manufacturing to lead and manage our production floor in Maval, Lonavala, Maharashtra.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in LT/HT panel assembly, wiring, and testing, along with strong team leadership and shop floor management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day production activities of control panels (LT/HT) as per project requirements.
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and layout plans.
• Allocate tasks to technicians, monitor workflow, and ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure all control panels are manufactured to meet quality, safety, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with Design, Quality, and Purchase departments for seamless execution.
• Handle troubleshooting during panel assembly and pre-dispatch testing.
• Maintain and update production records, reports, and daily logs.
• Implement 5S, safety, and quality best practices on the shop floor.
• Train and mentor team members to improve skill levels and productivity.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in Control Panel Production (LT/HT panels, MCC, PCC, APFC, etc.)
• Proficient in reading and understanding electrical and schematic drawings.
• Strong knowledge of wiring standards, component selection, and testing procedures.
• Experience in team supervision, production planning, and resource management.
• Knowledge of quality systems, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing is a plus.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
