About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and technically savvy Inside Sales Engineer to join our dynamic sales team. This role bridges the gap between engineering and sales by providing pre-sales technical support, understanding customer needs, and offering tailored product or solution recommendations. You’ll play a critical role in helping customers understand the value and functionality of our products and services. Key Responsibilities: Act as a technical expert during the sales process, supporting account managers and sales reps. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demos to clients (virtually or in person). Respond to RFQs/RFPs with detailed technical content. Provide pricing and configuration guidance based on customer needs and product capabilities. Maintain detailed knowledge of products, market trends, and competitors. Work closely with engineering, product, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Generate quotes and support order processing when needed.
