Inside Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at RAAH Group Pte Ltd, headquartered in Singapore with a global presence, you will be responsible for handling quotations, sales engineering, providing technical support, and engaging in sales activities at our Pune location. Your role will involve working closely with customers to provide technical solutions, generate leads, and drive the sales process to meet targets. Key Responsibilities: - Handle quotations and sales engineering tasks efficiently. - Provide technical support to customers and internal teams. - Engage in sales activities to generate leads and drive the sales process. - Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. - Present technical products/services, offer expert advice, and troubleshoot customer issues. - Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams through excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Identify customer needs, propose innovative solutions, and meet or exceed sales targets. - Work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and analytical skills. - Travel as required and utilize strong negotiation and persuasion skills in sales activities. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in engineering. - 5+ years of experience in global sales or a similar technical sales role. - Strong technical knowledge and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively. - Proven experience in presenting technical products/services, providing expert advice, and troubleshooting customer issues. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport and foster strong relationships. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify customer needs and propose innovative solutions. - Self-motivated, target-driven, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with willingness to travel as required. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to drive successful sales activities.
