industrial automation systems (PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs, etc.)Familiarity with automation control and integration processesdesign tools, CAD software (AutoCAD, EPLAN), or similar tools.Knowledge of industry standards and protocols Modbus, Ethernet/IP

Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile Education Qualification B.E/B. Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Communications/Mechatronics Engineering Experience: 10+No of Positions: 1Desired Skills: Candidate having good experience/knowledge in SIEMENS PLC, HMI, SCADA, Having Good Knowledge in Panel Engineering, VFD and Servo Motors and drives. Domain Knowledge: Industrial Automation and Communication Protocols (Ethernet, Modbus, Serial, Profibus and other reputed protocols). PLC/DCS Software S7 Simatic Manager (S7-300/400), Simatic PCS-7 (PCS-7), TIA Portal (S7-1200/1500) Tools – knowledge of PLC Programming Languages – Ladder/STL/SCL/FBD, Module Configuration, ET200M distributed IO system, Simatic S7 CPU & IO configuration, HMI/SCADA/Historian – Simatic WinCC Explorer, TIA Portal Communication / Network Protocols – PPI/MPI, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, AS-i interfaces etc Working Experience with Industrial Communication protocols such as Modbus RTU/TCP, Ethernet IP, PROFINET, OPC-UA, MQTT, IEC61850, DNP3 etc. Must having good Communication skills, Self-motivated and Self-learning. Good Experience in Projects & Site Execution. Responsibilities: Work with Technical Team to ensure smooth of execution Projects. Understanding Customer requirement and developing application within scheduled timelines. PLC Programming based on standards IEC-61131-3. Knowledge of programming in SIEMENS SIMATIC Manager will be an advantage. HMI/SCADA design and development, Creating, and updating tag database as per project requirement. Knowledge of communicating via Modbus/TCP/OPC will be an advantage. On-Site Commissioning / Remote Support based on project requirement. Manage day-to- day tasks of all Technical and Project execution. Lead and schedule weekly and/or monthly team meetings with customer and leadership team. Visiting customer places and studying requirements and implementing solutions. Studying and learning new technologies in Industrial Automation, Industry4.0 &Manufacturing Industry sharing inputs to team to develop suitable solutions to the customer.
