Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst (Industry 4.0 Software Applications)

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelors or Master’s
degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience as a
Business Analyst
in
manufacturing, industrial automation, or enterprise software
domains.
Strong understanding of
Industry 4.0 concepts
– IIoT, MES, SCADA/DCS, CMMS, Digital Twin, Predictive Analytics, Asset Management, AI/ML/DL & etc...
Experience writing
functional requirements, user stories, process flows, and wireframes
.
Familiarity with
manufacturing KPIs
such as OEE, MTTR, MTBF, downtime tracking.
Exposure to
cloud platforms
(AWS, Azure, GCP) and
data integration tools
(OPC UA, MQTT, APIs).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of
Agile/Scrum
methodologies and Jira/Confluence tools.
Experience with
AI/ML applications in manufacturing
