Prove the performance track record based on business commitments. Work experience with various customer especially with Tata, NTPC, DVC , SAIL, WBPDCL etc. Building strong relationships with customers and maintaining the same independently.. Understand the customer requirements and be able to promote the companys product, in line with product specifications. Develop sales strategies and maintain the same to meet sales targets. Arrange and coordinate the technical meetings and seminars. Follow the sales process in line with Companys Mission. Ensuring continuous support to the customer either pre or post order. Continuous learning with the latest trends, technologies, and market demands. Continuous travel to meet sales targets and new opportunity competitor activity Work closely with the customer with service and technical solution. Preferred candidate profile 8-12 yrs Experience required along with Engineering graduate Must have handled customers in the area visiting instrumentation and mechanical departments Communication skills for effective customer engagement Ability to work independently and as part of extended team. Good understanding about the related industries in geographical areas Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and events

Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to contract negotiation, ensuring smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales support. Follow up with clients to ensure product delivery, installation, and satisfaction with the solutions provided. Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and market demands in the same sectors. Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product development and marketing strategies. Monitor competitor activity and report on market conditions to internal stakeholders. Provide after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any product or service-related issues. Establish long-term relationships with clients, promoting repeat business and continuous collaboration. Work closely with the customer service and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation and operation of products. Desired Candidate Profile Excellent communication skills for effective customer engagement and negotiation. 3-8 years of experience in B2B sales or institutional sales in the industrial automation industry. Strong understanding of actuators, sales, pneumatics, valves, industrial sales, Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Good connections of industries in geographical area handles Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events.
