Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead Generation

  • Plan and execute online lead generation campaigns using Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Research and identify potential prospects using digital tools and market insights.
  • Track and optimize lead quality and conversion rates.

2. Database Management

  • Maintain, clean, and update the marketing database for accuracy and relevance.
  • Segment audiences for targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and anti-spam regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.).

3. Email Marketing

  • Design, schedule, and optimize email campaigns for lead nurturing and engagement.
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and layouts to improve performance.
  • Monitor open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and prepare reports.

4. Digital Marketing Operations

  • Manage social media accounts, schedule posts, and engage with followers.
  • Coordinate website updates (content, banners, landing pages) in collaboration with design/web teams.
  • Monitor and report on website traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, SEO platforms, CRM, and email marketing software.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all online channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for content, creatives, and technical needs.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in digital marketing operations, lead generation, and email marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs), and CRM/email platforms (HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp).
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.


Preferred Skills:

  • Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page editing.
  • Experience creating marketing automation workflows.
