Education: Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.

Experience: Freshers

Role & responsibilities:

Handle technical inquiries and quotations, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
Manage post-order follow-ups (internal & external) and maintain clear reporting.
Support inside sales activities (technical + commercial).
Assist with sales documentation and maintain customer records in Salesforce.
Collaborate with production, planning, logistics, purchase, and technical support teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
