Inside Sales Engineer

Job Description: As an Inside Sales Engineer at M/s Parikh Sales, your role will involve engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, preparing and sending quotations, and providing sales and technical support. You will be based in Ahmedabad and will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales objectives and enhance client satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, preparing technical proposals, following up on leads, and ensuring effective communication with clients. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with clients to understand their technical requirements - Prepare and send quotations to clients - Provide sales and technical support to clients - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner - Prepare technical proposals for clients - Follow up on leads to drive sales opportunities - Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales objectives - Enhance client satisfaction through effective communication and support Qualifications Required: - Strong inside sales and sales skills - Proficiency in preparing quotations and sales engineering - Technical support abilities to assist clients with technical queries - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently - Bachelors or Diploma degree in Engineering - Experience in the industrial or technical sales sector is an advantage.,
