Currently we are hiring for Inside Sales Engineer's with 2- 6 Years of work experience.
Team Structure / Principal Responsibilities of the Profile:
Here at RS for any given territory the team comprises of a Head Office based Inside sales individual & Field based sales engineer. This winning combination ensures that our customers gets the best support technically and commercially. For individuals seeking to be a part of a fast paced, performance oriented role, a role in the inside sales job.
1. Ensure achievement of sales targets and KPM’s: Generate business from existing & lapsed customers.
2. Solving the technical queries over the call with customer, seeking help from technical team where needed.
3. Call Planning & Management achieving call targets per day
4. Maintain a quality database over sales force.
5. Ensuring smooth working with support team for required coordination over customer orders.

1. Expertise in Microsoft Office
2. Exceptional written and communication skills
3. Hands on experience in daily MIS reports
4. Analytical orientation
Education Qualification:
Preferred Qualification B. Tech or Diploma in
