Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Engineer based in Pune. The Inside Sales Engineer will be responsible for generating and managing sales quotations, assisting customers with their technical product needs, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, and collaborating with internal teams. Key responsibilities include providing technical support and solutions, managing sales inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Inside Sales, including managing client relationships, responding to sales inquiries, and achieving sales targets.
• Proficiency in creating accurate and competitive quotations while managing pricing strategies effectively.
• Understanding and experience in Sales Engineering and providing technical solutions to meet customer needs.
• Strong Sales skills, including the ability to identify opportunities, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
• Competence in providing Technical Support and addressing customer product-related queries effectively.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field is preferred.
