Job Description

As an Inside Sales Engineer, your role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, understanding requirements, proposing solutions, and closing deals. You will also be responsible for market study and research of Industry4.0 solutions, working closely with the technical team to propose the best solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Identifying potential customers - Generating leads - Understanding customer requirements - Proposing solutions - Closing deals - Conducting market study and research of Industry4.0 solutions - Collaborating with the technical team to propose optimal solutions Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with an optional MBA - 0-3 years of experience - Good exposure in technical product sales - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of product marketing - Ability to achieve sales targets - Strong negotiation skills - Selling to customer needs - Motivation for sales - Sales planning expertise - Building and maintaining relationships - Coaching abilities - Proficiency in managing processes - Market knowledge Additional Details: - Preferred female candidates for the 2 available positions - Techno-commercial knowledge on industrial automation including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, and servo systems - Familiarity with emerging technology products in the Industry4.0 domain such as IoT, Industrial IoT, data analytics solutions, vision inspection systems, AI-based manufacturing solutions, condition monitoring systems, energy management systems, manufacturing analytics platforms, Industry 4.0 platforms and assessment criteria, IT and OT connectivity solutions, edge and cloud computing, big data analytics solutions, machinery OEE, TBM, CBM, machine performance, and remote monitoring solutions - Knowledge of SIEMENS products will be an added advantage Please note that the salary for this position will be based on your skill set and experience, and incentives will be provided based on achieved targets.,
