Job Description

As an Inside Sales Engineer, your role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, understanding requirements, proposing solutions, and closing deals. You will be responsible for conducting market study and research on Industry 4.0 solutions and collaborating with the technical team to propose the best solutions to customers. Key Responsibilities: - Identify potential customers - Generate leads - Understand customer requirements - Propose solutions - Close deals - Conduct market study and research on Industry 4.0 solutions - Collaborate with the technical team to propose best solutions to customers Qualifications Required: - B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics (MBA optional) - 0-3 years of experience - Good exposure in technical product sales - Excellent communication skills - Knowledge of Product Marketing - Ability to achieve sales targets - Strong negotiation skills - Ability to sell to customer needs - Motivated for sales - Sales planning skills - Ability to build relationships - Coaching skills - Ability to manage processes - Market knowledge Additional Details: - Techno-commercial knowledge on Industrial Automation including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, and Emerging Technology Products in the Industry 4.0 domain such as IoT, Industrial IoT, Data Analytics Solutions, Vision Inspection Systems, AI-based Manufacturing Solutions, Condition Monitoring Systems, Energy Management Systems, Manufacturing Analytics Platforms, Industry 4.0 Platforms & Assessment Criteria, IT & OT Connectivity Solutions, Edge & Cloud Computing, Big Data Analytics Solutions, Machinery OEE, TBM, CBM, Machine Performance & Remote Monitoring Solutions. - Knowledge of SIEMENS products will be an added advantage. Please note that the salary for this position will be based on your skill set and experience, with incentives offered based on targets. Travel may be required for this role.,
