**Job Description** **Role Overview:** As a part of Oceaneering India Center, you will be responsible for delivering high-level customer service by efficiently handling purchase orders, inquiries, quotations, and returns. Your role will involve managing order changes, monitoring commitments, and effectively communicating with customers to resolve issues. Utilizing automated systems for analysis, you will prioritize customer opportunities and support business objectives with professionalism and organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Handle, review, enter, and process customer purchase orders promptly and thoroughly. - Receive, review, and process customer inquiries, generating customer quotations/proposals. - Process changes order and order cancellations. - Monitor customer orders to ensure commitments are maintained, communicate changes/variance orders, and provide feedback. - Communicate with customers regarding order status and sales issues, troubleshooting customer issues. - Utilize automated information systems to analyze customer situations and provide timely responses. - Develop and prioritize customer/project opportunities to meet business objectives. - Initiate and process Return Material Authorizations (RMA) for customer returns. **Qualifications Required:** - Graduation (Bachelor's degree) in Mechanical Engineering/Science or allied subjects with a minimum of 3 years of relevant industry experience. **Additional Details about the Company:** Oceaneering India Center is an integral part of Oceaneering's global operations, offering a wide spectrum of solutions in Subsea Engineering, Robotics, Automation, Control Systems, Software Development, and more.
