As an Inside Sales Engineer, your role will involve utilizing your educational background in B.Tech (Electrical/Electronics) with the option of an MBA to drive technical product sales and achieve sales targets. With 0-3 years of experience, you will play a key role in identifying potential customers, generating leads, understanding requirements, proposing solutions, and ultimately closing deals. Your success in this position will be bolstered by your strong communication skills and market knowledge, coupled with a solid foundation in product marketing, negotiation, selling to customer needs, and sales planning. Additionally, your ability to build and maintain relationships, provide coaching, and manage processes effectively will be crucial. A strong understanding of Techno Commercial aspects in the realm of Industrial Automation, including PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFD, Servo Systems, and emerging technology products in the Industry 4.0 domain such as IoT, Industrial IoT, and Data Analytics Solutions, will be highly beneficial. Knowledge of SIEMENS products will also be advantageous in this role. Your responsibilities will encompass market study and research of Industry 4.0 solutions, collaborating with the technical team to propose the best solutions to customers, and working towards achieving sales targets. Your proactive approach to engaging with customers, along with your ability to comprehend complex technical solutions, will be instrumental in your success. The role does not entail travel, and the salary offered will be commensurate with your skill set and experience. Incentives based on achieving targets will be part of the compensation package.
