Description

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Engineer to join our team in Mumbai for IIOT Department. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical knowledge and sales skills to drive revenue growth by engaging with customers and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities

  • Understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions to meet their needs.
  • Generate and qualify leads through various channels including email, phone calls, and networking.
  • Prepare and presentations product demonstrations to clients when required.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Provide post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any technical issues.
  • Making quotation & follow up through email, call & WhatsApp.
  • Coordination with internal as well as external team whenever required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position products.
  • Can represent company in exhibitions and event whenever required.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in inside sales or technical sales roles, preferably IIOT products and industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and solutions.
  • Understanding of Industrial IoT gateway, IoT edge gateway for safety sensors, Modbus / MQTT / LoRa / NB-IoT / LTE-M, Edge computing Industrial automation
  • Added advantage if knows Predictive maintenance, Gas leak detection / Fire alarm IoT Environment, health, and safety (EHS) systems IoT Solutions Selling
  • Good in handling Cloud IoT platforms, Hardware + Software Integration, Wireless / Connectivity, Sensor / Telemetry Solutions, Enterprise IoT Solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
