We are seeking a proactive and skilled Production Supervisor for our Machine Shop, responsible for overseeing the efficient operation and performance of CNC, HMC/VMC, and conventional machines, while ensuring smooth production flow, manpower management, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities :

Demonstrate strong understanding of gear machining processes such as
Hobbing, Shaving, and Shaping
.
Operate and manage
CNC HMC and VMC machines
with solid process knowledge.
Apply knowledge of gear parameters including
Module, DP, Pressure Angle, Involute Profile, Lead, and Runout
.
Use precision instruments such as
Vernier, Micrometer, Gear Tester, Height Gauge, and Bore Gauge
for accurate measurements.
Perform in-process inspection and ensure strict adherence to the
control plan
and quality standards.
Ensure compliance with
ISO/TS and IATF quality systems
, maintaining documentation as required.
Identify defects and implement
Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
to prevent recurrence.
Prepare and manage
daily production schedules
and allocate production priorities effectively.
Achieve monthly production targets through efficient planning and shift management.
Monitor
cycle time, changeover time, and production efficiency
to improve output.
Track and improve key production indicators such as
OEE, rejection %, and rework %
.
Ensure
basic preventive maintenance
of Hobbing, Shaving, Shaping, HMC, and VMC machines
