Job Description

JD: Handle end-to-end recruitment across various verticals and levels. Source and attract candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed , and other platforms. Conduct screenings , schedule interviews, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. Support payroll activities , documentation, and HR operational processes. Assist with onboarding , induction , and employee engagement activities. Maintain and update employee records, HRMIS, and recruitment databases. Drive employer branding and talent pipeline strategies. Key Skill required: Excellent command over job portals Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed. Strong communication , coordination, and interpersonal skills. \ hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment
