Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Human Resource Recruiter based in Surat. The HR Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The role involves identifying staffing needs, posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill team requirements. The HR Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining candidate records, coordinating recruitment activities, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

• Recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Experience in maintaining hiring records and handling administrative tasks related to recruitment
• Ability to collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define recruitment strategies
• Good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment platforms
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
