The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves coordinating resources, managing timelines, and communicating with stakeholders at various levels. Key Responsibilities: Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets. Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for team members, stakeholders, and vendors, ensuring seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle. Documentation: Maintain and update project documentation, including project plans, reports, schedules, and meeting notes. Coordination: Coordinate project activities and resources, track milestones, and ensure that deadlines are met. Budget Tracking: Track project budgets and expenses, ensuring that the project stays within the financial constraints. Reporting: Prepare status reports for internal and external stakeholders, highlighting progress, potential risks, and other critical project information. Quality Control: Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements.
