Role & responsibilities Manage and process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, LWF, and other labor laws. Support the execution and tracking of Performance Management Systems (PMS) . Coordinate and conduct Learning & Development activities for staff. Drive employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and retention. Maintain accurate HR records and data using MS Office tools . Assist in audits and internal HR reporting as needed. Provide HR support to various departments and assist in daily HR operations. Key Skills Required: Proven experience in Payroll Management and statutory compliance. Good understanding of PF, ESIC, LWF , and labor regulations. Hands-on experience with Performance Management Systems (PMS) . Strong skills in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Knowledge of Learning & Development and employee engagement practices. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple responsibilities independently. Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
