Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resource Recruiter based in Vadodara. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment plans, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and assessing candidate suitability. The role also involves managing recruitment databases, supporting the onboarding process, and fostering positive relationships with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing techniques, including use of job boards, social media, and other hiring platforms.
• Experience in conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, and familiarity with HR best practices.
• Ability to manage recruitment databases and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and HR software is an advantage.
