A Workshop Associate is responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations in the design house workshop, including monitoring workshop timings, supervising labour presence and productivity, maintaining accurate attendance records, and managing basic payment calculations and distribution. The role also involves coordinating with management on labour requirements, maintaining discipline and workflow, and ensuring an organised and clean workspace. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities are essential, with prior workshop experience and basic payroll knowledge considered an advantage.
