MANAGER - QUALITY
Job description
Managing daily quality operations and supervising the QC team and process quality improvements.
Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues, , proactive quality improvements in Shop Floor.
Ability to maintain Quality Systems, inspection, testing, RM, In-process production, and Final quality.
Address customer complaints, corrective actions.
Lead and mentor the QC team, ensuring continuous improvements.
Maintain inspection records and testing reports for traceability.
Skills:
Qualification : BE / Diploma Mechanical Engg.
Experience Required: 15 years in Quality Management in stamping, welding, fabrication industry.
Experience of working in stamping, welding, fabrication industry is preferred.
Good knowledge of quality control procedures, testing methods, and documentation.
Strong observation and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office and reports preparation.
Age: 35-40 Years
