Job Description

Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate operational processes to ensure quality and efficiency.
  • Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure adherence to quality procedures.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for management review and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage deviation handling, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality requirements are integrated into operations.
  • Support training programs to ensure quality awareness across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in any relevant field.
  • 26 years of experience in quality management or quality assurance.
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience in process improvement, audits, and documentation management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
