Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and monitor quality control systems and processes across all production stages.
Supervise and guide the QC team, including lab technicians and quality inspectors.
Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
Establish standard testing procedures in coordination with production and R&D teams.
Ensure compliance with customer quality requirements, ISO standards, and internal policies.
Analyze test data and prepare quality reports for management review.
Investigate and resolve quality complaints and non-conformities.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors regarding quality specifications and feedback.
Maintain calibration records of testing equipment and ensure proper documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelors or Master’s Degree
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Quality Control within the textile manufacturing unit.
Experience with laboratory management and quality audits,
Experience in managing the quality control of military products is a significant advantage
