Job Description

OB DISCRIPTION Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key sectors: manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and construction. Own sales targets, pipeline health, and deal velocity across all major accounts. Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demo, technical alignment, proposal, negotiation, and closure. Build direct, trusted relationships with OEM Heads, senior engineers, and procurement leaders. Represent company at trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events. Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and feature prioritization based on customer feedback. Lead high-value negotiations, including enterprise-level deals with OEMs Skills Required 10+ years of B2B sales experience with industrial clients Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Proven track record of closing high-value deals with OEMs and industrial clients.
