Job Description

OB DISCRIPTION

  • Define and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key sectors: manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, and construction.
  • Own sales targets, pipeline health, and deal velocity across all major accounts.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle: discovery, demo, technical alignment, proposal,
  • negotiation, and closure.
  • Build direct, trusted relationships with OEM Heads, senior engineers, and
  • procurement leaders.
  • Represent company at trade shows, industry conferences, and partner events.
  • Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and feature
  • prioritization based on customer feedback.
  • Lead high-value negotiations, including enterprise-level deals with OEMs

Skills Required

  • 10+ years of B2B sales experience with industrial clients
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals with OEMs and industrial clients.
