The role is crucial in driving NABH accreditation, clinical excellence, and continuous improvement across departments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and ensure NABH accreditation & compliance. Develop and implement quality policies, SOPs, and audits. Monitor patient safety, clinical governance, and infection control. Conduct staff training, workshops, and awareness programs. Maintain quality dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports. Coordinate with all departments and liaise with NABH assessors. Requirements: NABH-certified with hands-on accreditation experience. MHA / MBA (Hospital & Healthcare) preferred. 10+ years’ quality management experience in hospitals. Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
