Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dialysis Technician to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing dialysis treatment procedures for patients with kidney failure under the supervision of nephrologists and nursing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and operate dialysis machines for hemodialysis treatments.
• Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment.
• Assess and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• Ensure proper sterilization and maintenance of dialysis equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of dialysate solutions.
• Maintain accurate patient treatment records and report any abnormalities to the medical team.
• Provide emotional support and information to patients and their families.
• Adhere strictly to infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Educational Qualification: Diploma in Dialysis Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.

Prior experience in a similar role is preferred, though fresh candidates may also apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
