Job Title: MRD Executive
Department: Medical Records Department (MRD)
Location: Al-Azhar Medical College & Super Speciality Hospital, Thodupuzha
Job Summary:
The MRD Executive is responsible for maintaining, organizing, and securing patient medical records in compliance with hospital policies, statutory requirements, and confidentiality standards. The role ensures timely retrieval, safe storage, and accurate data entry of all medical documentation to support patient care, audits, research, and legal needs.

Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Record Science / Health Information Management OR Diploma in MRD from a recognized institution.
Experience:
1–2 years in MRD (freshers with relevant training may apply).
Skills:
Knowledge of ICD coding and hospital record systems.
Proficiency in MS Office .
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Work Conditions
Shift-based work may be required.
Handling of sensitive medical data
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
