Quality Manager

Role Overview: As a Quality Manager at ATLAS Transformers India Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality management systems, process optimization, and regulatory compliance for both distribution and power transformers. With your 8-10 years of experience in the transformer manufacturing industry, you will play a vital role in maintaining and enhancing the quality standards of our products. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement quality planning and assurance processes from design to dispatch of transformers - Conduct type, routine, and special testing in compliance with IEC/IS/ANSI standards - Perform incoming material inspection and ensure supplier quality control - Analyze non-conformance issues and resolve customer complaints effectively - Provide leadership to the quality team, conduct training sessions, and foster a strong quality culture within the organization Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of experience in quality management within the transformer manufacturing industry - Strong knowledge of process optimization, regulatory compliance, and testing compliance with IEC/IS/ANSI standards - Proven skills in leadership, non-conformance analysis, and supplier quality control - Ability to effectively manage quality planning & assurance processes and resolve customer complaints - Experience in team leadership, training, and building a quality-focused environment within a manufacturing setting Role Overview: As a Quality Manager at ATLAS Transformers India Limited, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality management systems, process optimization, and regulatory compliance for both distribution and power transformers.
