Job responsibilities:
· Quality Control according to ISO 15189/ NABL guidelines
· Ensure and approve all current and revised documents periodically.
· Implementing and monitoring SOPs
· Complaint Handling and analysis of complaints.
· Assist in major breakdowns, repairs and shortages
· Internal audit of all technical departments
· Responsible for regular involvement of the lab in proficiency testing and inter lab comparisons
· Ensure results are reported within the turnaround time
· Responsible for the management and documentation of Pre-analytical, Analytical, and Post analytic processes and errors
· Management of all quality aspects across Kerala
· Training of Staff
Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of experience in a diagnostic, clinical laboratory or hospital
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
