Job Description

Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements.
To provide customers with the highest level of quality and customer service in managing the QC, APQP, PPAP, and Customer Specific.
Ensure the optimal utilization, calibration, repair, and maintenance of measurement and testing equipment, maintaining their accuracy and reliability.
Coordinate and oversee the timely completion of corrective and preventive actions in response to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective Action Requests (CARs), and customer complaints, ensuring that issues are resolved satisfactorily.
Maintain records of internal non-conformances and conduct follow-up activities to ensure that effective corrective and preventive actions are taken to prevent recurrences.
Review and implement the Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan, Method Statements, and project-specific procedures to uphold the highest quality standards throughout the project.

Plan and facilitate training in support of departmental / organizational needs.
Support of continuous improvement activities.
