Job Title: Quality Manager

Experience: 10 - 12 years

Industry preferred: FMCG

Location: Gurgaon

We're seeking an experienced Quality Manager to join our team, leveraging expertise in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Total Quality Management (TQM), Kaizen, 5S, and 7 Quality Control (QC) tools.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Management System: Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System (2) systems, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve processes using TPM, TQM, Kaizen, 5S, and 7 QC tools to enhance efficiency and product quality
• Quality Control: Develop and implement quality control procedures, including inspection and testing protocols
• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to quality team members and other departments on quality assurance procedures and tools
• Supplier Quality Management: Oversee supplier quality assessments, audits, and improvement initiatives
• Root Cause Analysis: Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues
• Quality Metrics and Reporting: Develop and track quality metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and customer service

Requirements:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Btech/Bsc in Food Technology.

- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management, preferably in Biscuits manufacturing.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of TPM, TQM, Kaizen, 5S, and 7 QC tools

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Familiarity with quality management systems.
