1.Supervise effective working of production personnel and prepare effective production schedules and ensure compliance to all company policies.
2. Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating.
3.Collect and Ensure adequate information and instruction from Section-In charge / Shift Supervisor.
4.Organise the DWM meeting with Operator and Review with them about previous day production, Quality, Maintenance and NC management also take suggestion form them take action on it. Also give information if the customer complains & warranty also give them today target.
5.Organize and ensure availability of required operating personal, tooling and gauges
