Role & responsibilities: Production Oversight: Manage and oversee daily operations of the precision machining department, ensuring that production schedules are met and that products meet quality standards Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet stringent quality standards. Implement and maintain quality control procedures and documentation Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions Documentation: Maintain documentation related to production, maintenance, and quality. Essential Experience: At least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role handling Precision Machining of thin-walled and stainless-steel parts. Strong understanding of precision machining processes, CNC & 5 axis programming and CAD/CAM software Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies Review technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate machining. Safety Awareness: Strong knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing environment Knowledge of tooling is must. Desirable: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to make data-driven decisions • Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality. Preferred candidate profile: Experience min - 10 to 15 year Bachelor's degree in mechanical, manufacturing engineering or a related field.
