Job Description

Role & responsibilities

A. Logistics Management:

Plan, organize, and manage logistics operations including inbound and outbound transportation.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods to customers and internal stakeholders.
Optimize logistics costs through effective vendor management, route planning, and negotiation with transporters.
Monitor freight, customs clearance, and related documentation.

B. Packing & Warehouse Management:

Supervise packing operations to ensure materials are handled safely, securely, and in line with quality standards.
Implement packaging standards that minimize damage and optimize space utilization.
Oversee warehouse operations including inventory management, storage, and material handling.
Maintain proper records of stock movements and ensure accuracy in inventory.

C. Coordination:

Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams for smooth operations.
Prepare reports on logistics performance, packing efficiency, and cost analysis.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement corrective actions.

Strong organizational and analytical skills
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, inventory management, and packaging materials.
