Inventory & Material Management: Manage complete packaging material inventory , raw material , and finished goods . Conduct regular stock audits and ensure accurate stock levels across locations. Shipping & Courier Coordination: Work with shipping aggregator platforms for booking, tracking, and resolving issues. Handle COD remittances, billing disputes , and payment settlements. Customer Dispute Resolution: Address delivery complaints, product quality issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes within TAT. Quality Control: Ensure proper packaging, product quality checks, and timely dispatch to maintain service standards. Day-to-Day Operations: Coordinate with riders, vendors, and cross-functional teams for seamless operations. Ensure smooth hyperlocal deliveries across Kolkata, Howrah, and Hooghly regions. Requirements: 5–6 years of experience in e-commerce operations , supply chain , or logistics . Experience in FMCG operations will be an added advantage.
