Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with vendors for material inwards, dispatches, and delivery schedules Follow up with vendors for payments and recovery as per company policy Maintain and regularly update vendor details in the CRM system Coordinate with the sales team for daily/weekly reporting and order updates Work with logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Liaise with internal teams for documentation, stock updates, and operational support Look after basic office work such as filing, stock movement records, and admin coordination Ensure operational tasks are completed smoothly and escalate issues proactively Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or coordination, preferably in the dry fruits, FMCG, or trading sector Strong follow-up and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools Excellent communication skills (Hindi, English, and Bengali preferred) Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently Team player with a proactive approach and strong work ethic Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Education: Master's (Preferred) Experience: Logistics: 3 years (Preferred) Operations management: 5 years (Preferred) Microsoft Excel: 5 years (Preferred) Work Location: In person
