Job Description

Manage daily logistics operations: inbound / outbound shipments, loading/unloading, last-mile delivery and return processing. Plan, schedule and coordinate transport vehicles and delivery resources for optimal route utilisation and cost-effectiveness. Monitor and optimize delivery routes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs. Coordinate with courier partners, transport vendors, and internal departments for smooth operations. Track shipment status and resolve delivery-related issues or customer escalations promptly. Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and implement process improvements. Maintain accurate records of shipments, delivery performance, and operational expenses. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Prepare periodic MIS reports, KPIs, and operational dashboards for management review. Implement best practices in logistics planning, fleet utilization, and inventory management. Key Skills · Strong leadership and team management skills. · Excellent communication and coordination abilities. · Knowledge of logistics management systems (LMS) / courier tracking software. · Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills. · Ability to work in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting too
