Job Role: We are looking for an experienced Shift Supervisor to join our Production Team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in fabrication , daily production operations , and manpower & shift handling . Key Responsibilities: Supervision of day-to-day activities on the shop floor. Handling of fabrication-related operations and processes. Managing a team of operators and workers across shifts. Ensure smooth production flow and timely achievement of targets. Monitoring quality, output, and discipline during the shift. Coordination with the Maintenance and Quality department for any technical or quality-related issues. Maintaining daily production reports and shift handover notes. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 5 to 6 years of relevant experience in fabrication/production supervision. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and safety protocols. Ability to manage manpower effectively and resolve on-ground issues. Flexible to work in rotational shifts . Good communication and leadership skills.

Supervise daily operations of the weaving preparatory department including warping, sizing, tying, and drawing-in. Plan and schedule preparatory activities to ensure timely beam delivery to the weaving department. Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime. Ensure adherence to quality standards by monitoring yarn tension, beam quality, and sizing consistency. Train, coach, and evaluate preparatory staff to enhance their skills and maintain high productivity. Implement safety procedures and ensure a clean and hazard-free working environment. Maintain accurate production records, shift reports, and performance metrics. Coordinate with the weaving and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues promptly.

Roles and Responsibilities Manage HR functions during a designated shift, including attendance, leave, and payroll coordination Manage daily operations of the plant, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments. Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations relevant to the plant's operations and shift schedules. Address employee concerns, grievances, and conflicts during assigned shift hours. Maintain HR records, reports, and dashboards related to shift-specific HR data. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. Desired Candidate Profile 3-6 years of experience in manufacturing industry or related field (MSW preferred). Strong understanding of shift handling procedures and practices. Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while prioritizing tasks efficiently.

Responsible for CNC Press operation Handiling materials for production Programming to be done (Training will be provided) Daily production reports Rework and rejection tracking Shift handling Production as per the rated norms Required basic knowledge of computer,Knowledge of using measuring instruments like Measuring tape,Vernier Caliper ,Communication in Tamil,Hindi shall be preferable.should come in both Day and Night shift.

Role & responsibilities: IMS implementation in solar cell manufacturing plant Document preparation for IMS certifications with coordination of all key functions as per organizational quality policy Responsible for document management system and control Lead audits as per IMS guidelines Preparation of supplier evaluation criteria, format, and process for evaluation Prepare list of approved suppliers along with their rankings based on their performance, quality criteria, and in handling of complaints. Preparation of supplier audit plans and evaluation of all the suppliers on regular basis. Monthly assessment of all suppliers along with ratings and provide them regular feedbacks Issuance of MDCC for all BOM items before the dispatch as per MSPVL specifications. Carry out supplier validation audits, with supplier support and supplier advanced product quality planning (APQP) Work with Engineering (Design and Manufacturing Engineers) team to define process parameters and criteria to ensure supplier process capability is effective to meet product and process requirements Support Purchase department with the supplier approval process by assessing manufacturing/technology capabilities and Health, Safety and Environmental risks Support new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of delivering to the required quality standards Manage the root cause analysis and corrective actions process of supplier quality issues Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues Review and evaluate supplier quality data to identify process improvement opportunities within the supply chain Review supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with suppliers on process improvement and value enhancement opportunities Promote the use of customer preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six-Sigma, Poka-Yoke (Error Proofing), Measurement System Analysis and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Manage the development and refinement of Design and Process FMEAs (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) Review documentation of inspection results across all areas. In appropriate functional areas, this refers to supporting inspection and test status requirements defined by regulations, engineering product specifications or Control Plans, PPAP approval or product warrant submission Monitor and report on supplier product quality and performance understanding any commercial issues and impacts Manage the Supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), supplier PPM, supplier problem solving on time, cost recovery and supplier warranty indicators Support regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving build quality Stay current and up to date on any changes that may affect the supply and demand of needed products and materials and advise others of any impact Keep up with current and developing manufacturing and engineering trends that concern product quality Conduct benchmarking studies to determine best practices/designs and future trends
