Exprience : 8+ years manufacturing industry Role Responsibilities Manage daily store operations to ensure efficient functioning. Leadership of the store team and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee inventory management, ensuring stock levels are sufficient. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive performance. Monitor customer service levels and enhance customer satisfaction. Conduct regular store audits and report on inventory losses. Coordinate with the supply chain for smooth product deliveries. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field. Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar role. Knowledge of SAP Strong understanding of retail management and customer service. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisions.
