About The Opportunity

Industry: Technology-led manufacturing and industrial engineering — delivering precision components, assemblies and integrated supply‑chain services to B2B customers across electronics, industrial equipment and OEM sectors.Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India | Role: Full‑time | Primary title for sourcing: Quality Assurance ManagerWe are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to own the Quality Management System (QMS), drive compliance to regulatory and customer requirements, and lead measurable continuous improvement across production, supplier and service operations.Role & Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and maintain the QMS (policies, procedures, quality plans) to meet ISO 9001 and customer-specific standards.
  • Lead quality assurance and control activities—coordinate inspection, sampling, SPC and non‑conformance workflows to reduce defects and improve yield.
  • Drive root cause analysis and CAPA: investigate quality incidents, define corrective/preventive actions, and verify effectiveness.
  • Plan and execute internal and supplier audits; prepare for and support external/third‑party audits and certification renewals.
  • Manage supplier quality performance—set requirements, conduct supplier audits, and resolve supplier‑related quality issues.
  • Use data‑driven metrics and reports (quality KPIs, trend analysis, FMEA) to brief senior leadership and implement continuous improvement initiatives (Lean/Six Sigma).

Skills & Qualifications

  • Must‑Have
    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical discipline.
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Quality Manager / Quality Assurance role within manufacturing or engineering environments.
    • Proven experience implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 QMS, CAPA processes, and conducting audits.
    • Strong RCA skills with familiarity in FMEA, SPC and statistical analysis for process control.
    • Hands‑on experience with supplier quality management and corrective action systems.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management and people‑leadership skills.
  • Preferred
    • Certifications: Six Sigma (Green/Black), ASQ CQM, ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
    • Experience with ERP/SAP QM modules or quality management software tools.
    • Exposure to regulated industries (medical devices, automotive, or aerospace) and familiarity with additional regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, IATF 16949).
