Quality Engineer

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Quality Engineer to join our team and contribute to ensuring the highest levels of quality across our products, processes, and client implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality assurance practices in the manufacturing domain, especially in precast or related industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities: Process Quality Control:

• Monitor and inspect precast production processes and ensure adherence to defined quality standards
• Implement and improve process control systems to reduce defects and variability
• Maintain and update process documentation, SOPs, and quality checklists
• Conduct root cause analysis and corrective action for non-conformities

Product & Solution QA:

• Inspect and test installed automation systems and software solutions at client sites
• Coordinate with design and development teams to ensure solutions meet quality and performance expectations
• Verify calibration and performance of sensors, PLCs, and data acquisition systems used in precast automation

Client Support & Reporting:

• Support client teams in resolving on-site quality issues during implementation and operation
• Prepare technical reports, test documentation, and compliance certificates
• Assist in audits and ensure all solutions meet regulatory and client-specific standards

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and statistical process control
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality standards
• Knowledge of precast concrete manufacturing processes is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with QA/QC tools, inspection techniques, and basic instrumentation
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and process flows
• Good communication and report-writing skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, or related engineering fields
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or precast environment (internships considered for freshers)
• Knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, or industrial software is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Excel, Minitab, or quality reporting software
